About Roger
I am Roger de Oca. I design, build and maintain fast, bilingual websites for business owners across Florida, from my studio in Tampa.
I have been building websites since 2021, working directly with owners across Florida and remotely with clients in other states. I am also the founder of DEOCAs, a company that builds websites and tools exclusively for the medical sector, which is where a good part of my work with practices and medical associations comes from.
Today fourteen client sites plus two of my own are live and in active maintenance, across eight industries: medical practices, construction, painting, welding, insulation, local retail and logistics. Anyone can deliver a website. Keeping all of them fast, secure and current, month after month, is the part that matters.
I work in English and Spanish, and I build sites that speak both when a business serves both audiences. Most of my clients are not technical, and they should not have to be. My job is to turn a website into what it should be for a business: a way to get more calls, more bookings and more customers.

Nicole brings more than ten years in sales, hospitality and client service in Florida, managing corporate accounts and guest relations for hotel brands like Marriott and IHG. She is often your first contact and the person making sure every client feels looked after, from the first call to the follow up.
How I think
A beautiful site that loads slow is a broken site. I build against Core Web Vitals targets from the first commit, not as a fix at the end.
English and Spanish are never literal translations of each other here. Each version is written for the audience that actually reads it.
No account managers, no ticket queues. You talk to the person who designs, builds and maintains your site.
Every project ships with a maintenance plan, because a website is not an event. It is an operation that runs every month.
