The short version
This site collects only what it needs to respond to you, run the business, and understand how the site is used. Nothing is sold, and you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
Who runs this site
rogerdeoca.com is operated by Roger de Oca through DEOCAs LLC, a service-area business in Tampa, Florida serving Tampa Bay and remote clients across the United States. This policy is written for a US audience.
What the site collects
- Project intake form: the business information and contact details you share when requesting a quote, such as your name, email, phone, company, and a description of your project.
- Free mockup request: your business name, what kind of business it is, your current website or Google profile if you give one, your name and phone, and an email if you add it.
- Website audit request: the address of the site to review and your contact details.
- Free website scan: the address you submit is read once to produce the report. The scan itself stores no personal data; if you then ask for a reply from the report, your name and email are kept with the site address and the result.
- Direct contact: emails, contact-form messages and WhatsApp messages you send are kept as part of our conversation. WhatsApp conversations happen on Meta's platform under its own terms.
- Bookings: if you book a call, the booking runs on Cal.com, which asks for your name and email.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate usage: which pages people visit, how they arrive, and how the site performs. These tools use cookies and collect usage data in aggregate form, including which actions visitors take, such as sending a form or tapping a phone number, so the site can be improved. This data is not used to identify you personally. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out extension, and the site keeps working.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. During checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies and handles your payment information entirely on its own systems. Card data never touches this site.
Who data is shared with
Data is shared only with the services required to operate the business:
- Telegram, which delivers each new request to Roger's phone as an alert
- Vercel, which hosts this site and the private operations panel where requests are recorded and followed up, and Neon, which stores that panel's database
- Google, which provides analytics, and whose PageSpeed service receives the address you submit to the free scan
- Stripe, which processes payments
- Cal.com, which handles call bookings
- Meta, if you choose to write on WhatsApp
That is the full list. Personal data is never sold to anyone, for any purpose, and no automated messages are ever sent to you: every reply comes from Roger.
How long data is kept
Requests and contact information are kept in the private operations panel while they remain relevant to the business relationship, for example while a conversation is open, a project is active, or a client is on a plan. Requests that never turn into a conversation are deleted within twelve months. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.
You can also request deletion at any time. Send an email to contact@deocas.us and your data will be removed.
