A good website is not decoration
Between a Google search and a new customer there is a path. Slow, confusing or outdated sites leak people at every step. This is the path, and where it usually breaks:
They search
Your next customer starts on Google, almost always on a phone.
They land on your site
You have a few seconds before a slow or dated site sends them back to the results.
Slow sites lose them here
They decide to trust you
Clear services, real photos of your work and straight answers keep them reading.
Confusing sites lose them here
They contact you
A visible call or quote button turns the visit into business.
Hidden contact loses the call
The speed targets every site must meet
Google measures every site with its Core Web Vitals and ranks slow ones lower. These are the targets I hold every build to:
LCP
main content visible
CLS
layout never jumps
INP
instant response to taps
Targets verified before launch on every project. See how I build

Common questions
How much does a website cost?
Projects start at $999 for an essential site, $1,999 for a professional site with content included, and $3,499 for an open-scope build. The final price depends on scope, and you get a clear quote before any work starts.
How long does it take?
An essential site ships in about 2 weeks, a professional site in about 3, and larger builds in 4 to 6. The clock pauses only if content or feedback is delayed.
Do you only work in Tampa?
No. I am based in Tampa and I work with businesses across all of Florida, plus remote clients throughout the United States. The whole process runs on video calls and email, so where you are is not a limitation. When a project is close by, meeting in person is easy.
Can my site be in English and Spanish?
Yes. I build bilingual sites with content written for each language, not automatic translation. This site is one of them.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of bug fixes, and every site I build runs under a monthly maintenance plan that covers hosting, backups, security, domain management, changes and ongoing optimization. Plans start at $49 a month, and the exact fee depends on what your site needs.
