The problem
Manuel Agramonte is a financial advisor and insurance agent in Midland, Texas, with a degree in accounting and finance. His work rests on ideas most families have never heard explained plainly: protection through the right coverage, the private banking concept, and Velocity Banking, a cash flow method for paying less interest and getting out of debt sooner.
That is a hard sell on a website. A visitor who has never heard of these terms leaves before the second paragraph, and one who has heard of them is wary of anything that sounds like a promise. The people he serves speak Spanish first, and many of them also do business in English.
What I did
- Opened the site with the problem instead of the product: most people do not have an investment problem, they have a money leak, and the page says so in the first screen
- Organized his work into three plain pillars, protection, the private banking concept and Velocity Banking, each explained in a few sentences without jargon
- Laid out his process as five stages, from the diagnosis to the results, so a visitor knows what working with him looks like before the first call
- Pointed every call to action at one first step, the diagnosis, with WhatsApp and a direct phone line one tap away
- Wrote the site in Spanish first with a full English version, each written natively rather than translated
- Stated plainly that the content is educational and not investment, legal or tax advice, and that insurance products depend on each carrier's eligibility and terms
- Ongoing maintenance keeps the services and the contact details current
