It always includes your domain and its renewals, hosting, SSL, security updates, backups and the changes we agree on. The care grows with the site: a one-page site needs the essentials, while integrations, a blog and steady SEO work need more attention every month, and the plan follows that.
The site: 50% to start and 50% at launch, by card (Stripe), Zelle, bank transfer or check.

What is the difference between the three?
The size, and the work after launch. The one-page site puts everything on one page and launches fastest. The full site gives each part of your business its own page and adds a contact form. The site with a blog adds articles and SEO worked every month, for a business that wants to keep growing on Google. All three start from the same base.
What does every site include?
Your domain, hosting and SSL inside the monthly plan, a design made for the phone first, English and Spanish, call, WhatsApp and map buttons, local SEO from day one, and Google Analytics and Search Console connected in your name. I write the copy in both languages from what you tell me about your business. None of that is an extra.
Do I have to pay a monthly plan?
Yes. It is what keeps the site online: the domain and its renewals, hosting, SSL, security and backups. The care grows with what your site needs, and the plan is charged by card through Stripe. It only covers sites I built: if you have one already, I rebuild it keeping what is worth keeping.
What stays in my name?
The domain, your Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Search Console, the copy, the photos and the data. All of it is yours from day one.
What if I leave the plan?
The site pauses and you have one year to reactivate it as it was; after that it is deleted. It is not WordPress or Wix: it is built in Next.js and React and runs on Vercel's network, configured and maintained there, which is why the code does not transfer. Think of a Shopify store: the store is yours, the platform makes it run.
