Business hours are Monday to Friday. Critical means: site inaccessible, forms not sending, SSL certificate error, or data loss. Everything else is a standard request. Partner requests go first in the queue, within the same deadlines.

Who writes the site's copy
- Essential: you provide the text. I edit it, organize it and optimize it for SEO, including headlines and meta descriptions. Writing from scratch is not included, but I offer per-page copywriting as an add-on so this never blocks your project.
- Professional: copy included for up to 12 pages, written by me from a questionnaire and a 45 minute call, with one revision round on the text.
- Signature: full copy included in English and Spanish, with keyword research that shapes the content structure.

Revisions and scope
- One revision round means one consolidated list of changes. Loose messages over several days do not count as a round.
- Additional rounds are billed hourly; additional pages per page. Both are quoted before the work.
- Scope changes after design approval require a written change order.
- The delivery clock pauses if content or feedback takes more than 5 business days.
Common questions
Why does every price say starting at?
Because scope varies. A 5 page site with your text costs less than a 12 page bilingual site with a booking system. The starting price is real, and you get a closed quote in writing before anything begins.
Can I cancel my maintenance plan?
Yes, anytime, from the customer portal or by email. Your service stays active until the end of the period you already paid. There are no cancellation fees.
What if I need more change hours one month?
Extra hours are billed at an hourly rate quoted before the work, or you can move up a plan for the months you need more.
Do prices include the domain?
No. The domain and business email are paid directly by you to the provider, so you always own them. I set everything up as part of the project.
