The problem

Patients look a doctor up before they call. In those first seconds on a phone screen, the site has to answer the practical questions: what does the practice treat, is my insurance accepted, where is the office, how do I get in touch.

A slow site, or one that buries those answers, sends the patient to the next result.

What I did

• Put the patient's questions first: services, insurance and contact are reachable in one tap
• Built for the phone, because that is where patients actually look
• Kept the design calm and professional, the way a practice should feel
• Ongoing maintenance keeps practice information accurate as it changes
