The problem

Looking for a therapist takes courage. For a Spanish-speaking patient, landing on an English-only website adds one more barrier at the exact moment the person needs to feel understood.

Most practice websites in the market do not serve that patient. This one had to, from the first word.

What I did

• Built the entire patient experience in Spanish, not as a translation but as the primary language
• Designed a warm, human presentation that lowers the barrier of reaching out for help
• Made the path to contact simple and private, the way behavioral health requires
• Ongoing maintenance keeps the practice's information current
