The problem
DDV Transport moves cargo from the United States to Latin America: sea and air freight, warehousing and consolidation in Miami, and trade intermediation. Its customers compare forwarders on trust, and they do it in two languages.
The site had to explain services that sound complicated in words a business owner actually uses, hold up in Spanish and English, and turn the visit into a quote request without friction.
What I did
- Structured the four service lines so each answers what the customer is really asking: how my cargo travels, where it waits, and who handles the paperwork
- Built it fully bilingual, Spanish first, matching how the company actually sells
- Made the quote request the one action, present on every screen
- Kept the operation's real numbers visible: countries served, on-time deliveries, shipments handled
- Ongoing maintenance keeps services, products and routes current
