The problem
Most welding sites are written for homeowners: a gallery of gates, a contact form, a phone number. Estructurarte works differently. The buyer is a general contractor with a job already in progress, a steel detail that has to be handled this week, and a schedule that does not move.
That buyer asks three questions in the first ten seconds. Do you come to my site. How far do you travel. Can you be here now. A site organized around decorative work answers none of them.
What I did
- Built the whole site around the contractor, with a dedicated section for subcontracting rather than a line buried on the services page
- Put the field capability where it cannot be missed: mobile rig, self contained power, and availability around the clock
- Made the service area explicit, from Orlando out to Tampa Bay, the Space Coast and South Florida, so nobody wastes a call asking whether the reach covers them
- Separated structural and field work from fabrication, because they are different jobs bought by different people
- Wrote the whole site in English and Spanish, which on a Florida job site is not a nicety
- Laid out the process in four steps, so a first time client knows what happens between the call and the crew arriving
- The quote request is the only action on every page
Ongoing maintenance keeps the project list, the service area and the availability accurate, which on a field operation changes more often than a brochure site would.
