Frequently asked questions
Who owns the domain?
You do. If you already have one we use it, and if not, I register it in your name. The copy, the photos, the data and your Google Business Profile are yours too.
What if I cancel?
The plan has a 6 month minimum; after that you cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If you cancel before 6 months, you pay the months left. On cancellation the site pauses and you can reactivate it for up to a year; after that it is deleted. The code runs on my platform and does not transfer.
How long does it take?
About 2 weeks from the day I have your logo, your photos and your business information.
Can you rebuild my current site?
Yes. I rebuild it from scratch, keeping the copy, photos and branding worth keeping. I do not work inside the WordPress or Wix you have now.
Do you write the content?
Yes, in English and Spanish, from the information you give me about your business. You review and approve it before it goes live.
